2012 Ute Valley Pro XCT

June 16th-17th 2012
Ute Valley Park, Colorado Springs, CO

The Ute Valley cross-country will be a test of the 2012 mountain bike race season.  The cross-country event will feature most of the top professional racers in North America- male and female- most of which are training for a spot in the 2012 Olympics.

The all new cross country course was greeted with rave reviews from riders and media in 2011.  The course is filled with tight, twisty single track, short steep ascents and fun, speedy, rocky descents.  There is still plenty of double track and fire road for passing, this course will be much more spectator friendly at a length of 4.2 miles, with a start and finish on a dirt running track.  You will see a bit of everything on this course- and you will be challenged.  Do not underestimate this race because it is at 6100 feet and has 344 feet of climbing per lap- the pace and speed will push your limits.
